On December 20, 2015, Dr. Foley delivered “When the Quran was America’s weapon for freedom in the Middle East” to an audience of 850 people at the University Malaysia, Perlis (UniMAP) in Arau, Perlis, Malaysia. In the speech, Foley discussed the contributions of Muhammed Siblini, a Muslim Arab American who helped the United States defeat the Axis in the Middle East during World War II.
